“I recently worked with Kathryn to get my manuscript ready for querying, and I found her work to be excellent. She worked within the time limit she promised, responded quickly to queries, and the work she provided was so helpful. The majority of recommendations were mechanics, but one thing I absolutely loved is that if she made a change that might impact my writing voice, she always had comments as to her line of thinking. I’d say the vast majority of time she was correct in her comments as well. I was also impressed with her attention to detail. She would catch inconsistencies in my story that had slipped by me in my numerous read-throughs! Sometimes these inconsistencies were chapters apart, but she caught them. I highly recommend her if you’re considering hiring an editor for your work. I learned a lot in this process, and I hope to work with her again someday.”
